CNH is committed to offering employees multiple opportunities to enhance
their knowledge and skill base. Continuous learning is not only an
individual but also a corporate goal.
LEAD-at-WORK is an online
development resource available to employees through the CNH intranet. It
is updated regularly, and employees are encouraged to use the system for their
own self-development. In addition, managers use it as a resource to guide
employees in connection with the overall performance management system. Over 60
tools are linked within this interactive education system.
CNH University is our global
e-learning management system available to all employees. Through the
system, employees can create a training plan and register for online or
instructor-led courses, including computer skills training.
CNH Career Center is an intranet,
which provides you with access to functional career paths, internal job
postings, and e-learning tools.
